2. What's renewing next quarter? (15 min)

• List every renewal in the next 90 days.
• Flag the big annual ones for a full renewal review.
• Confirm each has an owner who'll handle it.

3. Seats & waste check (15 min)

• Spot-check 2–3 of your biggest per-seat tools for orphaned and inactive seats.
• Update your waste ratio (dead + unknown + inactive seats ÷ total).
• Is the waste ratio up or down vs. last quarter? Trend matters more than the absolute.

4. Departed employees (5 min)

• Who left this quarter?
• Were all their tools transferred or canceled? (former-employee sweep)

5. Decisions & actions (10 min)
